Pros: when you pick up a shift, it tells anyone else who picks up the same shift that it had already been taken, so it's really first come first served. It also emails you confirming the shift is yours, which is great. It also notifies you when there is a new shift. Cons: The App keeps sending notifications and when you go there you don't find any shift sometimes which can be frustrating. It would also be nice to be able to sign in and out of the App instead of using timesheet.

This app sucks. We are being forced to get it for work. Downloaded and uninstalled it 4 times. It still doesn't work. Waste of time. Sign up for email alerts if you are forced to use it. Although signing up that way doesn't seem to work either.

I was fully approved one month ago, and though many shifts are available, they are located too far for me to travel to (I have not been able to accept any shifts). I contacted Book Jane via email and was told about an upcoming update that would allow filtering the distance of shifts, and after updating, there was no such change. I contacted Book Jane twice before finally getting a response message, and after replying to that message, no one contacted me yet again, and the issue still remains.
