No longer working says can not connect to safe and found service because no internet connection. I have internet connection tried my data and Wi-Fi. I had this app for 3 years never a problem it worked flawless its even found my daughter's cell several times when she lost it we used this app to track cell. We use this app several times a day for the past 3 Mostly been Amazing. I contacted boost mobile about the app tonight they're working on it. They weren't aware of problem with it.

Could be better when it comes to a child's profile. Maybe include an SOS text feature as well as the ring feature for sos already on the app.

App hasn't been functioning since 12-20-22 says unable to connect check internet connection. I have internet and my phone works fine with all other daily apps. I seen others are having the same issue so we would really appreciate an update on what is going on. Considering I use this app daily to make sure my children are where they need to be and you took my payment the day after it stopped working a response would be greatly appreciated.

Was great until Dec 20, 2022. Like others here it stopped working. Simply says "cannot connect with server". My internet service is fine! Boost Mobile needs to get their stuff together. This service cost $$$. I will not be paying for December or January. I can not even reinstall. It still cannot connect. Oddly my son has a iPhone and it would still show his location when he was in the safe zone at school.
