This update took months to come out, and now it has, it's terrible. Having to log in with biometric and pin is annoying, plus people can see your screen when typing in pin. Just biometric is safer. The addressees only have the bank details and not phone numbers for instant payments. I have to set up a new payee every time for an instant transfer, and then it won't let it save. Can't even use the old app...directs me to download this new annoying app.

"Quick and easy access" it's a total ball sup ... Now won't let me log in, after I had to delete the older neutered app (that was working fine until then)

I downloaded requested the new so-called app to my phone, and now have NO ACCESS to my accounts via the mobile app. I'm really ticked off about it. As it was convenient to pay my bills etc. I've tried calling several times, been on a loop from 10 minutes to 35 minutes with no assistance to rectify the issue. I'm not impressed at all.
