I like my door lock my 1st one messed up but the people at this company sent a replacement at no charge, and it works perfectly, I'm disabled, and I can allow my caseworkers or nurse entry to me when I can't unlock the door, helps keep me independence and safe at the same time 😊 ☺ 🙂 thank you

I want a full refund for my entire experience with Zosma unfortunately as much of a great utilitarian object that it is..... it does not save information it will not record what I experienced..... there is no account for what premium is able to do for me.

I love this camera. It pans, tilts, records events well, uses voice to interact if necessary, great color considering there's probably better out now. I'm happy with it. My neighbors across the street are happy to have me include a view of their home too. There were a couple of decorations stolen from their yard. Video showed the truck but not enough light to get tag. We now have a great streetlight to go with the camera. All is well.

This is a great device. I was not comfortable with the other devices that lock the door on the outside due to people tempering with the lock. Having the locking device on the inside is making me feel better about safety. I like how easy it was to install, and it will also let me know when the door was opened or if I forgot to lock it. Very happy with this lock.

DONOT BUY The camera doesn't capture when intruders are in the property. Had been vandalized and have emailed Zosma many times through the app with proof that their cameras are not working right and not doing their job. No response from them even once.

Intermittently buggy but can't say if it's the software or hardware. Intermittent not locking / unlocking issues. Connection to the hardware isn't always made. Battery keeps showing dead, and I was receiving 100 emails a day telling me they were dead even though I changed them. Tech support was useless. Removed the lock and moved on to another company. 2 stars because I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the hardware was the bigger issue here.
