App works well. We have been long time users of invisible fence and upgraded to this smart system. The dogs stay contained and the system alerts work great. We had struggles a year ago, but they came out and did a system update, and we have been extremely pleased since. I love the rechargeable batteries and getting the alert on my phone for that is great!!!!

App never works! My dog could be out of the fence for more than a minute and the app doesn't notify us. The collars will shock my dogs when they are not even close to the fence. For this expensive of a system you would think it would work? Where is all the money going? Definitely, not to bettering the systems!

I have 2 dogs on this system and highly disappointed after 4 months. If dog goes over line notification is not timely and an email. Looks like the last update to the app was in 23'. When a dog goes outside the boundaries the app doesn't reset when they return. One of my dogs has been outside the boundary for 2 weeks now according to app. He was out 15 seconds. App needs to be finished feels half-baked at this point.

Hat this for 3 weeks and there have been zero notifications. Tried asking about it, and they told me it wouldn't notify unless the collar had been out of the boundary for 20 seconds... Held collar outside for longer than that and still no notification, inaccurate battery life. Basically a useless app as nothing works and there are no notifications
