The App stopped working after a mandatory update. It is diverting into the BOV web page and states that "Smartphone software might have been modified and will not run on this device" . I have not modified anything! Will have to use the Secure Key with an annual charge of €10. :(

App is not compatible with Android 14. Called bank over 1 week ago, and they're still working on it. In the meantime those who bought Android 14 phones have no alternative but to carry their old phone too if they want to do banking. So frustrating!

The BOV Mobile App is not working on Android 14 phones! I've contacted BOV multiple times and no success to fix the issue of the app not responding and freezing! FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!
