App won't launch on Android due to a false keylogger detection bug—confirmed by the bank. No fix or ETA provided. Since BOV forced users off physical 2FA (you have to pay yet another fee to), there’s no way to access your accounts, not even on the desktop app, since the mobile app is now a Single Point of Failure. Critical failure in QA process. Unacceptable for a banking app in 2018 let alone 2025.

Unfortunately keep getting prompted due to a custom android keyboard with: > A different keyboard app is currently being used. < I'm using the unexpected keyboard and keep having to switch to swift key keyboard just to load the app 🥲 BoV also leaks your private details by email to anyone who pays a cent to your registered mobile phone, which is a breach of privacy. It's a tolerable disaster level service due to limited market choice.
