Tried to send money to family overseas, and it wouldn't go through, and then they deactivated my account and won't get back to me when I send them messages asking them where my $690.99 is and why they haven't sent me my money back. It's been a week and still haven't got my money back and no one will get back to me. Now my fiancé and I are getting mad and im about ready to take action if I don't get my money back soon. I would rather give them 0 stars, but it won't allow me too.

I was deactivated for no reason, my friend recommendation this app to me, and I was in the process of completing my registration when it asked for promo/referral I left to ask my friend, and he sent me a link, I went back to continue. It says I have been temporarily deactivated. I tried to call not going through, send sms as it says still no responses. I will change my star 🌟 when all this is resolve. I have never used your app to send money before.
