★★★★★ Convenient,good customer service It's easy to access since I can just check on new mails or responses the moment I get one. My concerns are also redirected to the proper department. The customer service is superb (or maybe I just chose a good one). I even get updates and service rep follows up on me if I had gotten the matter resolved and what else I'm having trouble with. I get a feedback within the hour or day. Saves me the time from making trips to the branch for any concerns.
