It's been glitchy from the get-go. I finally got it to work, but with the new update where they put the prefix, it hasn't worked since. I've tried everything: prefix plus number, prefix and prefix again plus number, prefix plus number without the final 0's at the end. A dash with 0's, no dash, nothing works. It still works on the online web browser.

The app does not work, and I'm trying to see my information such as payment history because I see I'm being charged for January and February that I did not authorize the payment for February it's not due yet, so I hope that they don't take money from my account that I did not want to pay for. Don't get me started about the app it never worked since I been with this company it charges their customer's too much. I'm starting to think that this company is a fraud and will be talking to the BBB

The fake app does not work! I tried the website, and it allows me to log in, but I cants see my policy. Yet, the only thing that works is the option to renew my policy! How convenient. I think I will change my insurance.

The app no longer works. Tried on multiple days to pay the car insurance through the app and wasn't able to do so, had to go to the website itself as the app won't load anything once you log in. The insurance plan itself is pretty bad too, the coverage is terrible for the price, but I had to get something so the DMV would hop off my back. They charge you a lot in fees to pay online, the middleman company that uses them also charges you too if you decide to pay in person. Lose.
