I highly recommend using Bright side. After just a few sessions I'm recognizing so many ways of improving the mental health issues I came here to work on. I actually believe that I will get better, and I'm positive that im going to improve in areas that I had no clue about in the beginning. Don't forget to remind yourself that you can only get out of it what you put into it. It's your mental health it's going to take work. How badly do you want to heal?

I found a wonderful therapist and psychiatrist!. BUT, I am here due to stress/anxiety and Bright side adds more stress to my life. With my prev ins, I had no copay and Bright side suddenly charged my debit card for months of appts at once - on the same day! I had to wait for them to "investigate" and refund to my checking. Now with my new insurance, they just did the same thing-no charges for months and then hit my debit card with 3 months of charges!

This company was awful. First off, the nurse who has to meet with you initially tried diagnosing me with a mental health disorder that had nothing to do with my concerns, didn't listen to me and told me he was a narcissist. Then, despite full coverage with insurance in both telehealth and mental health, and being in network (I checked multiple times), they created a code that charged me 3 times what any other office would and refused to work with me. Also, the app is difficult to navigate.
