Thi app has been very helpful in helping me talk or write about my problems. And its always easier talking about your problems by writing them on the computer, rather than talking in person, for me anyway. And my dr is able to read what I write.so it makes it so much better to actually get to let him know what's really going on.because when im face to face with anyone.sometimes I will freeze up or clam up and get to shy to open up. So this app has been great for me to be able to open up.

Updated Review: Someone from Os mind reached out to me to get my account activated after I wrote a review about the problem I was having. I'm able to log in now. Thanks Os mind. My provider invited me to use this app, but I can't even activate an account. I click Activate, put in my email address and go to the email to verify, and it just takes me back to the page that says" Check your Email." I've tried multiple times, and it's stuck in that same loop, not even prompting me to make a password.

If your clinic asks you to use this, and you try to activate your account through the mobile application, which is a pretty common procedure these days, you will never progress beyond the page you were previously on, whether it's email verification, the password reset wizard or the main page. To successfully activate your account you *have* to go to the website and enable desktop site if you have a mobile browser. This is neither an obvious nor an acceptable solution.

This app sucks... I reset my password, got the email, and then it redirects to the app that tells me to log in... it doesn't redirect to the reset password page. I can't even get into my account. This is garbage

Whenever typing in the chat feature, it doesn't shift above the phone keyboard, so you can't see what you're typing. Also, the app never notifies me when my doctor sends me a message. Finally, in the appointment section, you can't scroll down at all, and since my doctor puts the zoom link at the bottom of the message-- that I can't get to, because it won't let me scroll down--it is highly problematic.
