DOESN'T WORK!! If I sign in through website it works but the app freezes doesn't pull up my information sometimes doesn't pull up anything very bad they need to fixed that shouldn't have to go through website should just be able to download app and have it readily accessible when needed only continue my care because I love my therapist my NP & the staff but if I could give zero I would I deleted the app wasn't worth it

Can't make an appointment with my provider because they don't come up in the search section at all. The booking section is absolutely stupid because you have to sift through every provider to find yours, that's if they even show up! The virtual call never works, so my provider either ends up calling me or not showing up at all. I just want to tell my prescriptions, but I can't do that if I can't even reach my provider!
