Upon recommendation from a trusted source, I tried the 30-Day Self Care Challenge. I was able to do the Day 1 exercise after much trouble; enjoyed it enough that I looked forward to Day 2. Today, Day 2, it would only activate Day 1; I uninstalled/reinstalled, logged off and on, checked for updates-nothing worked. I finally re-did Day 1 hoping to get to the Day 2 exercise. It jumped to DAY 3. AND the in-app journaling was gone. This guided app is more stressful than helpful; wasted my time.

I was really excited to try this app, but the amount of problems with it make it so frustrating, which isn't really what you want when trying to journal about your emotions! If you try and work through a course the app randomly skips days and doesn't track progress properly. Reached out to the support team who only asked if I had my app updated, I did, and they never got back to me again. Frustrating.

Unable to use the application due to a pop-up that continuously blocks the screen telling me to update the application, even though there is no update in the app store. Makes the app completely unusable 🤷♀️ On top of that I got test notifications over and over again, surely these shouldn't be seen by the public users? From what I could see of the app it had a lovely design, im just sad I didn't get to actually use it.
