Great service, every sitter I have booked has been very capable & very lovely, and the app is great for parents as it gives you the option to choose who you want to offer a particular booking to. I did have problems with an earlier version of the app, which Bubble worked hard to solve, but in the end it was only solved by getting a new phone. It's not possible to log in to your account using a browser, so I'd recommend having a fairly up-to-date phone. Excellent service - highly recommend it!

1st time wanting to have some quality time with partner, Sitter made me feel guilty, assuming I wasn't comfortable, when apparently she was the one uncomfortable with new family, forcing you to meet another time to slightly increase the time with the kid, with the intention of engaging a customer for herself, I have offered to stay as long as my son was comfortable and have time to chat Night ruined, she cancelled 30 minutes before the sitting, being accused of being rude by apparently a professional

Please post your review also on Trustpilot. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with our one and only sit. We wanted to try it as we are infrequent users and thought it might work for us. Unfortunately the sitter after being uncontactable cancelled 10 mins into the job rendering it impossible for my husband and I to have a long awaited night out. The team tried to remedy it, however, with less than zero notice it was impossible. We'll return to the very reliable service of Sitters.

Ok so I am editing my review, app is a great idea and probably works great for the parents, but it is hard to get noticed without previous bookings. Never got a chance to babysit (I have around 9 years of experience), I woke up today with 8 notifications about families in my area needing a babysitter, but I could only open one. All in all a bit disappointing, but I like the concept.
