Will miss it, as the suggested Fetch app as a replacement is a joke. It only gives points for Blue Buffalo brand treats. No bags or cans of food. The Fetch app only rewards high price-per-ounce (useless) purchases. I'll miss my Buddie.

I love earning points on Buddies! Redeeming points is easy and fun. And shipping is FREE!! They have a pretty good selection of treats and pet food to choose from, but it would be even better if they expanded the items you can pick from in each point section. Overall, I LOVE Buddies!!

Can't redeem points and app they recommend (fetch) is useless. Not an app for just pets and group the recommend joining doesn't exist.

Don't want to "transition" to Fetch. Far worse rewards structure and app is less respectful of privacy. I am not satisfied that Blue Buffalo is discontinuing Buddies.

Frustrated with Blue Buffalo - more than half of the bags of food I have purchased do not have the code inside the bag. No code, no points! The app works fine, and sometimes they offer point boosts, but the company has terrible QC on making sure the codes get into the bags.
