Hi I like it, but it doesn't even work fix pls

SCAM!!! I downloaded the app to identify 1 spider and immediately attempted to cancel my subscription during free trial merely minutes after downloading the app. . The app wouldn't allow me to cancel, giving me NO option to click to do so. A few days later I was charged 32 dollars for subscription I attempted to cancel multiple times. I've tried to contact them regarding the issues with no resolve. This app needs to be removed from Google services immediately for fraudulent services and theft.

Google should really give an option for zero stars. This app/website not only scammed me out of my money, they also didn't give me a bug! I had pictures of a black beetle of some sort, and when I finally got the app to accept the picture... It identified the beetle as.... drum roll please... A beetle! No other information. Just beetle.
