Can't use coupons in app, tells me to scan QR when using app to pay for pickup on car park NR, so dumb you have to scan it inside, lost a customer

Twice in a row, the purchase in the app shows up as ready on the in-store screen way before it is ready. There is no indication on when I can actually pick it up. The staff in the store also prioritized orders made by the in-store machines, meaning orders ordered way after mine were still ready before mine (Oslo S). From experience, ordering from the in store machines takes way less time from the order is made till the meal is done while also telling when it is actually done.

Must register just to see the deals, btw there is NO DEALS! So these deg ens literally collect all data from your device without even providing any deals or services! #SCAM app that MUST be removed from the store ASAP & until everything works and users can at least view the deals before being forced to register! Burger King literally fell and died on his own, the dumbest fast food chain downfall ever! 🤦♂️

There are barely any options for adjustments when you order, not all available drinks show up as options when choosing a menu, and not all removable items are listed. You also can't add extra things to your burger. One burger that didn't have ketchup listed that as a removable item, instead of BBQ sauce which it does have. The other features work fine enough, but I'm not 100% confident in that.
