This app is good to use, I have been using this app for 2 years now. Experience of the app is similar to other bus booking apps. Except there are few bugs, 1. Not able to create an account. 2. booking in the evening after 7 becomes uncertain. 3. payment option without UPI

I was charged and didn't get booking confirmation...once try to connect customer service.....it's impossible to connect....last one week am I trying to connect no response.... I raised a ticket for refund that also not getting any response.....where is my money?

I booked PRTC from Bengaluru to Pondy using busindia. Amount got debited but confirmation/ticket not received. No response from busindia side. Worst customer service.

I recently booked tickets through the app, but faced issues during the transaction. After completing the payment, the money was deducted from my account, yet the ticket was not confirmed. I also received an error message after the payment was made, which was quite frustrating. While I did get an email from Bus India confirming the transaction, there was no response or confirmation from OS RTC regarding my booking. The app definitely needs improvements
