★★★★★ Like Uberpool. Clean, comfortable, & spacious Vans. Affordable (approx. 50% less than Taxi). Drivers are pleasant enough, but if you're used to the "friendliness" of North American customer service it doesn't exist in Berlin. Disadvantages Zones only really cover inside the ring Bahn. They don't come direct to your address (they have pickup points in every street or two) The app sometimes gets the pickup timing wrong. (Like Uber, Free Now, and other Taxi apps)
