Working now and feature request: The Bluetooth connection is now much better. Previously you could pair but not subsequent connects would never work. Thanks for fixing that. And a feature request, would be good if the app could report an absolute total value for water used since activation.

If you’re thinking of managing your BWT Perla water softener with this app you’ll be extremely disappointed. It’s an extremely basic app the only thing you’ll be able to do is put the device in holiday mode, that’s it. The only app graph displays consumption in cubic meters while on device is in liters. Another confusion is for the app showing your current time zone instead of device time zone. No notifications if device going offline. App support is in existent. No answer after contacting it.

Nothing works, can't connect with Bluetooth through the app, if I sent email gmail tells me that the contact does not exist.

The app is useful if you have a BWT Wi-Fi enabled softener. It shows your water usage and salt level. However, here is the major flaw. Initially the salt level updates on the app. After a couple of days, it completely stops. I hope this bug gets fixed soon. A workaround suggestion - keep clearing the cache and data or reinstall the app.
