NYC fitness professional Samantha Jade fuses music, movement, and motivation to deliver results that will leave you lean, strong, and energized. Join SJ's signature BODY, ABS, or STRETCH live-stream classes, or work out at your own pace with the exclusive on-demand streaming library.

Stream from anywhere in the world. Weekly live-streamed classes are 50 minutes, and are all available with your subscription. Subscribers also unlock access to an on-demand video library of 300+ meditations and workouts, focusing on breath-work, stretching, short cardio bursts, and strength-building.

All SJ workouts are designed to leverage your own body strength without equipment, but you are welcome to incorporate light weights to achieve that extra burn.
