Love the app only issue is it forgets me and my fingerprint, so I have to log in every time and set up the fingerprint system despite it saying it's been saved each time. However, everything else I like. Shows clearly how much I owe, easy to make payments, easy to contact me the team.

Since updated, it's lost my details, I tried reactivating but keep getting Captcha problems even though No actual captcha 🤷

Just a quick google will throw light on what this company is really like. They’re notorious debt collectors, who will bully people into paying legally unenforceable debts without of course informing their victims that they don’t actually need to pay. They’ve been calling my landline for ages or more accurately, their machine has been talking to my machine which adds every number they use to my blacklist blocked numbers list, so they can’t get through on that number again (a simple purchase of a refurbished phone that can do this easily & cheap off ebay). So they have to keep using different 0345 numbers (at their cost) that I’ll never answer. It’s also interesting that they’ve never sent me a bill or invoice for a debt, because of course… there is no bill, no invoice, it’s yet another legally unenforceable debt. My guess is it’s a company that’s lost the paperwork for an invoice, sold this unenforceable debt to Cabot, and they’re trying to get me on the phone to dupe me into saying on their recorded call that I owe them money, which I don’t. Get advice on how to manage your debt, there are people out there who will help you with it - Cabot are definitely not those people.

It's impossible to log in! The app says it'll send me an activation code, but it simply doesn't send the code, so I cannot log in at all. Please fix this!!
