Description

CacheMaid is a tool for geocachers running on Android devices. It displays information about caches and lets you navigate to them with the device's built-in GPS and compass. CacheMaid supports vector-based maps that can be downloaded and used offline.

CacheMaid uses Geocaching's API, which means that the application can communicate online with geocaching.com to download caches, upload logs etc.

The app contains a lot of features but even more things can be purchased from within if desired.

★★★★★ Great for offline logging This app its great for offline logging when no Internet connection is available. The logs can be uploaded from within the app, without having to upload pocket notes on the gc site.

★★★★★ Excellent!! Great app. Offline maps are extremely useful on my Dell Streak tablet (no cell) and with multiple zoom levels. No need to use other apps spending hours manually choosing areas to download, This app does it all automatically. Developer is very responsive and open to suggestions. Being able to use existing pocket queries and on the fly queries is very useful. I would gladly pay more than the asking price for this for the maps alone.

★★☆☆☆ JUNK Waste of money. Gps constantly disconnects from app. App is the most un user-friendly pos ever. No help whatsoever from the developer. Motorola photon.
