During the years the application improved a lot in usability, speed and features, including the usability of the sign app. Thus, I change the rating to 5. Old review: The integration with the sign application is awful and in general is complex to do things or understand where to go to do something. When paying online sometimes the sign app fires up, sometimes not, there are different places to do the same or similar operations... bankia app was way more user-friendly and easy to use.

Not much good for checking my finances. Too long and boring as the moe I need it the longer you make it boring. Ever since I got the app paste on my phone's I can not check my Accounts with you anymore no make any transaction in fact apart from sitting here day by day awaiting it to load. Which it does not any more it has no use for me, and it has no protection for me if I can't keep a check on the Balances Daily. So what's the point? I. have done all I can, but you give me no help. Doesn't deserve not even the 2 stars I rate it, as every time I need to confirm an operation the damn thing crashes, for example this morning it took me 5 attempts before I was able to make a simple transfer to a family member. Error after error, one never knows if it will take 5 min or 30 min to complete a simple operation. I, too, have used other online banking services, including in 4 different countries and this one is the worse I've ever encountered.
