★★★★★ World with one quirk I use it every weekday and had only glitched once when I got a ticket but paid. Customer service reversed it when I gave them my receipt #. Only other issue is when I put in stall# I get a numpad keyboard but when I put in pin to pay I get a numpad pop up for a split second then it reverts to standard keyboard.

★★★★★ I was in a hurry. I downloaded this app and paid for parking in less than five minutes. It was easy. Thank you for bringing paid parking to the 21st century!

★★☆☆☆ This is the mosy inconvenient way to pay for parking I have ever encountered. They also charge more than the rates posted on the signs. This is a dishonest company and should be investigated.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible Completely unusable. Have tried to use it to pay for parking several times and finally gave up in frustration. I don't understand how an app this bad can be published. It is like they want you to give up, so there is a reason to issue a ticket for unpaid parking

★★☆☆☆ Don't use any locations. Way overpriced, and they don't secure the parking lot. My car was broken into several times.

★★☆☆☆ Garbage. Someone I guess took my phone number, so I can't use it, and when I press forgot password the app crashes. Can't use the virtual teller anymore because they shut that down and the number is defunct. When I press forgot PIN on the website it points me to the defunct phone number. Can't pay without making an account which is the dumbest thing ever thought up. Half the city's parking is now inaccessible to me. Awesome.
