Dysfunctional. It's always a blank screen. It used to work, and suddenly I could not use it to purchase ticket or parking. Not functioning.

Consistently does not show purchased tickets in the app. Takes extremely long time to process so if you buy a ticket + parking, meaning you can't buy it until you actually get to the station and park, there is no way your ticket shows up in time for you to use it on a train that morning. Always buy a physical ticket instead. Schedule is a PDF instead of in the app, so it's very difficult to read and not at all mobile friendly which is ridiculous for a mobile app....
