This is the only thing close to 100% good about metro in Houston. I have never had issues using this app.

It's way better than the Ride metro app way more organized, and I can smoothly get on the bus now it feels like I'm spending more money than I need too with the Ride metro.

While the app is almost mandatory if you want to catch buses in a timely manner, the driver's personal speed and accuracy of tracking buses and most metro rail services aren't as accurate as they could be. More often than not either the app is just showing the wrong time or the driver is far outside of it making the tracking ineffective. In addition to all of that they never take the opportunity to use the app for any service changes/interruptions, and sometimes they barely post them at all.

413a I am on the TMC train and the person that's driving keep hitting the breaks and making it jump and sway side to side metro is having their people to follow me and watch to see what I am doing and the using my debit card when I get on their train are the bus. Also they see the other people not paying, and they put them off and leave me on because they have hit my debit card, but they still ride the train they use it at night, and they ride it so far, and I get off at the museum district in come

Broken on Google Pixel 10 series phones with Android 16... login page either gives me a "something went wrong please try again" error message or an invalid password message. The website still let me buy the ticket which I can't use without the app. The app and credentials still work on an older phone.
