Really simple to use. Turn on Wi-Fi on dash cam, select the option in the app to link to dash cam, select the dash cam that comes up on the screen, select the option to view video.

Early days as just had my Next Base dashcam fitted recently, but the app seems to provide video downloads from the camera ok. However, experienced problems resetting the password with the app, then finding I couldn't connect to the dashcam at all. Solution was to forget the Next Base Wi-Fi on phone, reset the dashcam, and reinstall from scratch. Don't know if this was a problem with the app, the dashcam or interface between them, but all quite stressful for someone with limited tech-savvy!

New camera installed today. App was a bit fiddly but if you connect to the camera's Wi-Fi before trying to connect through the app, it works well. Using 380GWX front and back cameras.

I have the Next base 522gw and the app will not connect to the dashcam at all, such a shame because it looked promising.

Absolutely useless. Given up trying to get App to connect - keeps saying 'no network detected' yet when you go to Wi-Fi you can clearly see the camera is listed, and you can pair it to other dash cam apps.

Worked fine with my Samsung phone but won't or can't connect to Wi-Fi with my new Pixel phone, so camera is absolutely useless
