★★☆☆☆ Connection to the app is useless. High speed Wi-Fi connection takes over an hour to connect or doesn't connect at all. Trying to update to the latest version for the 522 GW. It's never going to happen. I've uninstalled the app, factory reset the dash cam. And still doesn't get a high speed Wi-Fi connection. These issues have been going on for years. It's about time next base had it sorted. I was going to upgrade to the iq 2k. Don't think I'll bother. The app for that is probably just as useless.

★★☆☆☆ A very poor app that consistently struggles to connect to the camera. What is the point of a dash cam if you can't download the footage easily. My next camera won't be a Next base.
