This app is terrible. I have spent hours trying to set my dashcam up with the app and still not getting anywhere. I wish I had read other reviews and bought another dash cam.

The camera is good, but the app is useless. It never connects to the camera. Keeps saying connecting, when it looks like it has connected you came see there are files, click one, and it says trying to connect... never works

I've read about the problems with this app, and I totally agree. The connectivity to my Samsung phone is shocking. I have owned my 422GW dashcam for about 2 years and ive had nonstop problems trying to download images onto my phone. I may as well throw the dashcam into bin if I cannot download recordings. Next base you really need to sort this app out.
