★★★★★ Doctor was awesome and was able to see a doctor instead of waiting at a hospital for more than 5 hours to be seen.

★★★★★ Very easy experience! Wide range of practitioners with immediate availability. Saved me a trip to urgent care. Only complaint is that it couldn't verify my insurance right away so I may have to submit for reimbursement. Very reasonable pricing.

★★★★★ This was very easy to use app to take care of the issues that I had.

★★☆☆☆ I specifically chose my insurance plan for this service, which I can't use for the rest of my family. When I called the help desk, they tried to bypass the problem by entering the info and scheduling the appointment for my daughter on their end. The problem is I still have to enter the relationship to verify the insurance info. The drop-down menu is blank, so there is nothing to select. I can't even use the keypad to type in a few letters to provide available options. Please fix!!

★★☆☆☆ I can't enter the relationship to the primary member, and it is required. Since I can't enter it I can't contact a doctor.
