"Just visited the new Carat Lane store in आजमगढ़, The store is clean, well-lit, and has that proper branded vibe which feels fresh for our city. Staff was helpful, especially one girl who patiently explained the gold and diamond schemes. Loved the lightweight modern designs – perfect for daily wear or gifting. Very poor customer service at the Carat Lane Andheri West store. My senior citizen mother was made to wait for over two hours due to a system issue, and the promised delivery dates were not honored. There was no proper communication or timely resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.

One of the worst shopping experiences. Order was placed on 24th June and the delivery timeline was 30th June. Have spoken to customer service multiple times with no resolution and the order is yet to be delivered as on 9th July. The customer service agents are clueless - revised timelines have been shared twice & not adhered to, address change requests have been confirmed on call & later denied - overall completely chaotic. If you are buying for any special occasions - steer clear.

Worst customer service. The order keeps getting delayed and nothing is updated on the app. When you reach out to customer support they provide no proper reason and just give excuses without providing any proper resolution. The order delivery date on the app is still showing "Delivery by 24th June", it is 9th July now, and I have still not received any update.
