In the beginning, with my own funds, I had a credit card that taught me how to build my credit. Now, I have a real credit card from FNBO, it taught me responsibility of budgeting. Great way to start building credit with a financial purpose.

Great card to or accumulating Amtrak points. Also, they finally improved their dispute handling situation. In the past one had to get a new card with a new number in order to successfully dispute a charge. And that crude system could only be done by phone. Imagine the chaos caused with automatic payments! Nowadays, one can start a dispute with the app alone and keep one's current card number. Hallelujah!

FNBO has been an amazing credit card. Only issue I have is - I've been able to reduce my debt, by combining other credit cards onto my Northern credit card... paid it off and now, almost a year later, they send me a letter that if I don't use my Northern credit card soon they will close my account. I don't want to lose the credit card, I was able to reduce my debt, but now I'm being punished by not adding to my debt?? So, I used my card again.

Has not given me my sign-up bonus, yet customer service is extremely hard to speak to and get to hold of with any problems FNBO Bank blames it on speedway and speedway blames it on FNBO if you have any problems.

This card does not email payment reminders like other cards do. The paper statements in the mail do not always make it in time. As a crazy busy small business owner I do rely on the email reminders for credit card payments. It's a convenience I'd like to see offered that they don't. The app they have is also glitchy, difficult to navigate, and often does not supply updated information. Do not recommend.
