A government app that works well! Good for setting reminders for collection dates, checking when these have been rescheduled and also seeing/paying your council tax. Yet to encounter any crashes or problems.

Not bad at all. Still needs updating for fly tipping but it's a useful app to store your council tax details, especially if you have to produce evidence of benefits for certain things. Saves rummaging through your papers before attending meeting etc. so for that alone, its worth installing. Cardiff council would it be possible to allow residents to order rubbish bags via this app? Ive ordered online but nothing came, and ive been using std black bags & wary Garbo might refuse to take my rubbish

Cannot log into the app because it keeps saying "sorry something has gone wrong with our app. Apologies for the inconvenience". Will amend review once/if issue gets resolved

Can't order red and blue caddy bags anymore. Local libraries have been out of stock, so I have nowhere to put my recycling because the 'binmen'won't accept them from recycling bags. It's not appropriate to expect us to pay travel costs to keep collecting replacements for bags that are not weatherproof and crumble apart every month

Everything I try to do on the app does not work. I tried ordering recycling bags, the option wasn't on there, I've been trying to pay my council tax for over a week (same issue with the website) but it keeps crashing.

Trying to book furniture disposal collection after visiting Cardiff Council website that suggested it could be done through the app. Can't find it anywhere. Only booking a recycling center visit appears to be available in the app for furniture disposal.
