As somebody else has said, I have all the correct information to access my account but the app keeps telling me that it's wrong. It asks for a username, but I am unsure what that is - employee name? User ID? Email address? None of these work.

Always a hassle to see my payslips! I can't open them because one drive doesn't have access to my storage apparently even though I've followed the instructions. I hate this convoluted method of seeing my personal payslips! So inconvenient. Please sort this out

Basically doesn't work at all. Support is non-existent. A big two fingers from Cardiff Council to all of its employees.

The worst app I think I've ever had the misfortune to use. Forget recovering your password, that function simply does not work. It crashes, it's slow and very glitchy. I'd rather go back to paper payslips!
