Please improve 'my transaction' bill inside the apps with the receipt/ itemized bill. Not only with point and amount, so we can recall what to buy with the price.

After update the apps, it says cannot play track and win. It says membership not eligible to play. Why is it so? I had played for 1st 3 days till it update on 4 Apr.

I have tried logging in this app so many times but never succeed. I'm beginning to suspect that this is a scam. Without logging in to get the pin, it is not possible to redeem my credit points. So, are the unsuccessful login intentional. There are so many reviews on the same problem, but it is never rectified. Can Caring Pharmacy clarify before rhis goes to Complaints Bureau!
