Very worst insurance company ever I have seen in my 12 years of experience. I have sent all the bills for the claim 1 month ago. I still haven't received any updates and utter slow process. Please don't opt for this insurance in the future. Since I have to go by the company policy it's a fate for me to register in bajaj general insurance

If possible, I will give them 0 stars. very, very poor service, I was maintaining health policy from last 4 years, but at the time when I requested claim they straight away rejected without any reason. Also It's like impossible to reach their team over call. Everywhere you call you will find a bot(a highly immature bot that not even understand simple query) highly disappointed.

Uploading claim documents is headache. For any issue you contact us chat option for app issue. They ask to write to customer support, when accessing the OPD benefit option the page does not progress.
