Great pricing for shipping and fast. Was able to order large items cheaply. The pricing is upfront and clear. The only delay I encountered was customs but to be fair that is probably mostly out of the hands of Cart In.

Unfortunately I tried to use it buy it doesn't proceed with order checkout, looks like there are bugs need to be fixed as it is a new app. Hope to fix that quickly.

They lost an item I had ordered. Despite my complaints and repeated visits to their offices, I was never refunded. They had promised me a solution, either a refund or a discount voucher for my next purchases. But in the end, I received neither a refund nor a coupon. It’s now been 10 months that I’ve been waiting.
