Great community; gold membership is a must. Works great for sellers who want to sell at face value. It can be tough as a buyer to get tix depending on the artsit/venue.

It's such a shame to see what has happened with CoT. I've been a gold member for years and loved it, but now support is absolutely terrible. CoT locks chats at inappropriate times and bans long-standing users in good standing. In an urgent ticket situation, CoT admin banned me for buying a ticket from a user after they had locked the chat for the seller cursing. I've made multiple attempts to contact them and explain/rectify the situation and now cannot even reach support. What a shame.

Cash or trade used to be awesome, but has severely declined in quality. If there is any high demand tickets, bots buy them all off this site and repost them on stub hub. COT basically is a service to the scalpers and bots at this point. Pretty ridiculous that the new app has been out so long at this point, and they still haven't brought back the trade feature. Can't call yourself cash or trade if you don't allow the trades.

Gold member doesn't help anymore. Should get notifications 10 minutes before non-gold members but don't get them until much past posting. Bummer. This app and company used to ROCK for the resale ticket market to keep things fair. Hopefully they are working towards fixing the problems
