So far this has been frustrating I have made three different accounts deleting one before I make the other and none of them work on my Android I had to go to the actual owner of the venue and use her account to get tickets the last time and unfortunately there is no contact phone or email that I can find

Absolute nightmare app. Doesn't work, contact support button isn't clickable, when you buy the ticket online without downloading the app, it's still forces you to download the app just so you can see the QR code. It's extremely cumbersome, and I can't even find the address of the event. Absolute garbage. And it signs you up for their spam mail

Was supposed to go to Ever clear concert in Knoxville TN last night Oct 3rd. Concert was cancelled and support gives me run around and won't give me a refund like stated on their website! First time trying animal and will be my last if I don't see a refund soon.
