I successfully bought tickets two times on this app. The third time, I go to download the tickets when I get to the stadium, and the tickets don't appear. I click on the "contact support" button and nothing happens. Don't trust this app to buy tickets.

Was supposed to go to Ever clear concert in Knoxville TN last night Oct 3rd. Concert was cancelled and support gives me run around and won't give me a refund like stated on their website! First time trying animal and will be my last if I don't see a refund soon.

So far this has been frustrating I have made three different accounts deleting one before I make the other and none of them work on my Android I had to go to the actual owner of the venue and use her account to get tickets the last time and unfortunately there is no contact phone or email that I can find

Terrible app. Requires you to log in to app to view tickets. You won't be able to get into the show without Wi-Fi.
