A fantastic app that provides the most comprehensive engagement with CBT practices. The thought prompts at every step are fundamental in helping to deeper understand and rephrase anxious thoughts. Nothing, as of this moment, is hidden behind a membership plan which is where alot of other apps go wrong in just providing the most basic function of recording moods. It is extremely helpful to me, and I only wish that I would have discovered this sooner. I cannot rate this highly enough.

Its built-in suggestions that follow you while creating the entire CBT log (stress levels, cognitive distortion types, analyzing the thought etc.) makes processing the thought MUCH better if you use them. They're not even hidden by default so that helps at least take a look at them. I've never been to therapy, so I didn't know creative or other ways of challenging my thoughts rather than "re-framing" them, which often needs further analyzing and processing in order to ground myself.
