I really enjoy using this service. Sometimes the wait can be long, but as a retail employee on busy retail weekends I get it. I call my bus a half hour to an hour early to make sure I can get it to work on time. Since the regular bus that I take all the time doesn't offer an earlier service on Saturday during the winter, this app is great! All the drivers I've had are very kind! Yeah the app can be buggy and glitchy at times, but I can work around it.

I give 4 because room is there to grow sometime bus takes too long to pick up. I think bus should run early in the morning like 5 am Uber is very expensive

I'm tired of watching the ETA remain the same, watch the bus drive towards me on a main road, slowly have the ETA drop, with the message "Vehicle is on the way!" when it's going to turn around and start going the OPPOSITE way. I get it, there are other stops, but stop lying about the ETA. I leave my work to catch the bus at the time it tells me it will be here, and they turn around and make me wait another 30 minutes with no real clue of the wait time. Horrible app, great drivers.

Inaccurate wait times are just inexcusable when they're this drastic. I call 30 min ahead, they arrive before I can leave work. I try 20 min, they're an hour late. No matter what they say the ETA is, it's never correct and jumps up & down. There's 0 indication how long your wait will be before or after you've booked the ride. The app should not say you're "next" and that the bus is "on the way" if they're driving miles in the opposite direction. Don't blame the drivers, I blame the app itself.

Can someone PLEASE fix the algorithm that schedules the rides?? The time constantly fluctuates. I can't count the number of times I'll wait 30 minutes for a ride then get down to where it's 2 minutes away only to have the algorithm suddenly add 40 additional minutes! Why can't there just be a fixed pickup time and leave it alone?? This is not a good service if you need to be picked up in a set amount of time. You never know if you are going to wait 15 minutes or 2 hours!! Please update it.
