"NETWORK REQUEST TIMEOUT' constantly!!! I cannot even use the camera anymore because everything I log in I get this message!! Please help fix this bug. I have uninstalle and reinstalled; same thing. This is annoying!!!

Bells are loud and scares my dogs even though the volume is low. Not able to view my dogs even though I'm online. Doesn't work half the time.

•QR code did not work for my camera. •Works camera and app works while on my home network, but when trying to log in to view my pet. I get a constant error. •If the app is not using get fence, why does it need to know my mobile location? •Why does this app need the use of my mobile camera? One ☆ as of now because the most basic intent for this app is to view my pet while I am away from home, and it can not do that unless I am on my home network.
