Can no longer get Tap On Tap off receipts for my travel with Konect. I need the receipts for my work expenses claims. I no longer catch Konect buses and use First Bus instead because First Bus do provide receipts. I have to wait slightly longer for their bus, but it's worth it to avoid the faff of having to write to Central Connect every time I need proof of travel. It should not be so difficult to have an electronic receipt system. This is 2026, not 1986.

I never leave bad reviews, but I couldn't get it in to work today due to a bus just never showing up. I called the office who told me it had already left despite sitting at the bus stop from 820 when the bus was not meant to leave until 854. They said it was already on the way to Beccles so must have left way earlier than advertised. When the buses are so irregular it's imperative they actually leave at the time stated across all of your websites. This is the third time this has happened to me an

I have had this app for about 2 weeks now, and I still can't log in / sign in to get my bus tickets and information, do you know when it's going to be sorted out central connect bus app, so people like me can start using it please. p. s. I am still using the old app NextBus app at the moment. There wasn't a section where it says what buses have the assault alarms and what the flashes and tones look and sound, it also doesn't tell me if my favorite bus driver Ethan who is also my boyfriend is driving. It's also missing a widget, so I can immediately check where my favorite bus (SW16 BUS, YY73 TGU and YY73 TGV which has my favorite reg plate holders) is in Stansted airport Terminal C Arrivals security section.
