Can't even open the app. The screen keeps flashing on the "permissions" page and I have to force the app to close. I need this for work, but it's pointless if it doesn't even open.

I can't even open the app on Android. When I click on it, it refreshes constantly, and I'm unable to perform any tasks. My coworkers that have iPhones are able to at least open the app.

Says it needs file and storage permission. When you open the app, it says no permission needed and everything is allowed. Needs a lot of work. Very slow. Wish I could access the web version from home, but I can't.
