Very clunky and buggey. Keep getting annoying' site availability access code' message while my IT dept has no idea what that is!! So I get notification about incoming message but unable to open it, makongthis even worse is that sender still sees me 'active' so will think I am intentionally avoiding message. Ahhh...!!!

Terrible. Will not open half the time. Have to reset primary browser almost every day to get it to open. Often have to uninstall then reinstall app.

Might be useful if it actually worked, but I can't even get the app to start most of the time. Instead, it redirects to my web browser for some bizarre reason, which never loads anything. On the off chance the app actually does open correctly, the functionality is basically non-existent. Par for the course for Cerner.

Always crashing and very slow to load. Very bloated software. Heavy battery consumption. Uses cookies for some reason. Why is it a browser based app?? Can't change the app tone. Doesn't vibrate when phone is on vibrate only. Antiquated and frustrating app
