Insta note is being retired on April 28, 2022. But the dictation capability and launching dragon in power chart app is PATHETIC. I'll miss insta note dictation functionality. Even as of May 5, 2022, I was able to do fast dictations on INSTANOTE app despite the apparent retirement on April 28th. Please either improve power chart dictation functionality or DON'T RETIRE INSTANOTE

Does the job in a pinch. Can put orders, review notes and labs, and easy to dictate short notes. Cannot order IV fluids or prescriptions but enough for those overnight calls and pages. The UI is mediocre, and the app ceaHws and randomly has trouble logging in but overall I've come to find this suitable for simple tasks.

I have had the same experience as some of the other reviewers. Once I updated to Android 13, the app became unusable. It is glitchy and the screen flickers all the time. I cannot open the app at all. I hope Cerner addresses this soon.

Works if you just want to check your schedule. That's about it. I can't order meds or do much of anything else on it. As soon as you open it the dragon dictation takes over your phone and makes it think you are on a phone call. Any blue-tooth connection gets overridden, and you have to restart your phone to get any access back to it. Would rather not have dragon access built in or at least add an option to turn it off.

Absolute garbage. Crashes, buggy, doesn't load, freezes. Absolute trash. On the off chance that it DOES work (which is probably once in every 50 uses) it hijacks any Bluetooth device that your phone is connected to and turns on the phone app and just starts dialing numbers. Cerner is garbage, power chart is garbage. My computer has had malware and viruses that offer more beneficence than this app
