My Dutch mobile banking apps are more from this time. Not only the looks but also from functions. In the end I still use it, but it can use an upgrade I would say.

I'm sorry, I forgot to update my review. Yes, the update helped a lot, and many things work better now. There's still some potential, but it offers a hugely better service now.

The app cannot receive a Push Tan when the phone has no credit, so it's impossible to get into my account both on the phone and the PC to see if I have the money to load credit on my phone. Rather renders the app AND internet banking useless at the end of the month as I have a pre-paid phone and erratic income. Worse, the app routinely hangs at "App wird aktualisiert..." even when a Push Tan does come in, preventing me from verifying it. An option using SMS code is required. Also, no future bookings visible.

It doesn't have English menu option. At first, it was working, but now it keeps showing "App wird aktualisiert" and I don't have access to my account.

Very laggy. Considering a big bank as Kantonalbank, should have some budget for a native app instead of some embedded web app. Also, there is no screen mirror protection. A virus could easily screenshot, screen record or mirror the app content. App does not load anymore.

Couldn't log in after the update for weeks, reinstalled it for the second time today, had to do the device binding about 3 times, it now finally works. Great user experience
