This is a great app 👏 I can see where my bus is, no more standing in the rain and cold more than I have too, I even get notified of RTA I rely on this app now in more way than one well done chase riders.😉

Only problems are in a morning at school start times any other time always on time and drivers always smile and say hello unlike other companies. When roads are shut suddenly they always take directions around from locals so no the service is still run as good as it can and as near to their normal route which I think is really nice rather than delaying passengers.

Do not use this app. You cannot see nearby buses outside a small radius. You cannot track a bus from a stop you have selected. You cannot see the bus' route to see how far away it is, and you MUST have an ACCURATE photo of you to buy and use tickets. Once my ticket has expired I will be returning to My Trip.

Only a small radius of buses show up on the map, but that doesn't even matter because the map is a blank screen with no roads on it so all you really see are a few buses on a slightly off-white screen and the feature saying how late the bus is running is always inaccurate, saying 1 minute when it was actually 5, overall an app that has no real purpose, you might as well buy your bus passes on the bus itself
