Great app but ive had a few customers now not be able to get through to me on the chat, after ive re-sent a message through other means like WhatsApp, im then told they've already messaged me through the checkatrade app but im not seeing it, im wondering how many jobs im not booking based on this, any support would be great.

For new tradesmen who want to join checkatrade, I will say please don't from last one&half year I'm trying how to rid off it many times tried to cancel my membership, but I can't, they just take money by direct debit and I don't get what they were saying in the beginning I even called them today to cancel as I don't receive leads they said you are on contact if you cancel direct debit you will face debt I don't know what to do now See now it's not allowing me to post review unless I give stars

I went to see how this app works thy called me thy told me is a payment of £169 not monthly ore yearly so i aslome was every year and thy I didn't got any jobs frlm there all the jobs where redicilus after 2 weeks I told them I want to close it and thy told me I have to pay 2000+£ to close my acc and thy are calling me every day 3 4 people I have told them no one tolde me is monthly subscription thy know but thy don't care because thy just want to steal monay from people trying to live bye smol jo

Download and use them only if you have some spare maney to pay their membership for a year. I have been stupid to try them and agreed to the contract. Now I got stuck with them for whole year. I ended up paying £130 monthly for the service I do not use. I do not recommend it. Social networks can do better P. S I have contacted your membership team number of times with no result. All they want is to get money out of you. So, I am not going to do it once more, as it is useless.
