Octa Global is a trading name. It is not FSCA-regulated, Orinoco Capital Pty is used in the background. Octa diverts accountability, by not accepting phone calls. The web promises trading. It is run via AI, designed to deny access to your funds, with a superficial help team. The RNVX Solution is a chatbot. Stay away. Report it to FSCA as a scam.

I rate it the number 1 most horrible broker in the whole wide world 🌎 I can't even refer it to my worst enemy I'm deleting my account with them right away. Please if you want to succeed in trading in 2026 avoid octafx 👌

In 2026, I am still unable to withdraw my profits to my bank the same one I deposited from. I have to use Skrill to get my money and on top of that Skrill takes a percentage for receiving the money and sending it back to me so by the time I get it in my bank it is less if I could, I would rate OctaFx 0

I made a deposit on 7th December 2025 and unfortunately the card I used has since expired. Octa will not accept any other withdrawal methods other than the one used to make the deposit. Internet banking and other cards were declined. It's very frustrating to continuously speak to an AI Agent that cannot resolve the issue. The human agent can only refer the issue to finance department and the responses are the same. Hopefully this will now force Octa to resolve my issue!
